You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return and exchange the products. Door-to-door pickup service will be arranged from your location to take it back, inspect the issue and exchange the product.

Several types of products are exempt from exchange. Personal use goods such as underwear, swimming suits, etc. cannot be exchanged. The items you wish to exchange must have all their labels and be in perfect condition as received. Your first return service is free if your location is within Dubai. In case, if you wish to proceed with more than 1 return request for the same order, a delivery fee of AED 15 will be charged. If your location is out of Dubai, a delivery fee will be charged depending on your location. If you decide that the item that you have purchased is in the wrong size for you, then you may request a change in its size. However, the exchange is subject to the availability of the sizes at the time you made the request. A delivery fee of AED 15 will be charged for the orders within Dubai. If your location is out of Dubai, the delivery fee will depend on your location.
